| Abstract | Summary. High-resolution maps of the neutral hydrogen associated with the dwarf irregular galaxy Uo A have been made with the Half-Mile telescope at Cambridge. o A has the lowest lurninosity of any galaxy yet mapped in H and is found to have properties similar to those of larger dwarf irregular galaxies, except that almost no rotation can be detected. There is some evidence confirming suggestions that o A is a member of the Local Group of galaxies. |
