AbstractData on the positions of 10 632 H II regions in 125 galaxies are presented in the form of Hα photographs, numbered charts, and tables of off-set positions. Complete data are given for ten examples, NGC 1232, NGC 2403, NGC 3031, NGC 4254, NGC 4303, NGC 4321, NGC 4535, NGC 4631, NGC 6946, and IC 342, while the data for the remaining galaxies are available from the American Institute of Physics' Physics Auxiliary Publication Service.
