Abstract | We present Globular Cluster Luminosity Functions for four ellipticals and one S0-Galaxy in the Fornax cluster of galaxies, derived from CCD photometry in V and I. The averaged turnover magnitudes are V_TO_=23.80+/-0.06mag and I_TO_=22.39+/-0.05mag, respectively. We derive a relative distance modulus (m-M)_Fornax_-(m-M)_M87_=0.08+/-0.09mag using the turnover of M87 based on HST data. |
